“They strengthen the hands of the evildoers.”

“They strengthen the hands of the evildoers.” I heard those words from the Lord as He talked to me about the titheing congregants of churches where false doctrine is taught. Not only are they complicit with the false teaching but they are strengthening the hands of the evildoers who teach false doctrine by contributing money to their cause.

Of course, God is always examining the hearts of every action to determine motives. That never changes. But He also knows when He has spoken to your heart about the false doctrines. So He knows that you are ignoring spiritual turmoil while you sit in those church pews hearing contrary doctrines to His heart.

Recently God told me that He hates one of the five pastors that He previously assigned to me. I questioned Him over and over if He really meant that He hated the pastor. Every time God answered that He hated the pastor. What? Is that even allowed? I questioned God did He mean that He hated the false doctrines being taught by the pastor. Oh yes, He hates the false doctrines but in the case of the pastor in question, God said He hates his heart towards God and the Kingdom. The pastor has continually refused God.

I reminded God that all of the pastors that He assigned to me still teach falsely on certain subjects. Again, God reiterated that He hates the false doctrines but that the hearts of the other four pastors are aimed to please God. But the one pastor does not have a heart for God, and God chooses to turn against him. Now this may not materialize obviously in the physical realm (and it may) but in the spiritual realm, the pastor will certainly be punished for grieving the heart of God. … And then, there were four!

Isaiah 63:10 NIV
“Yet they rebelled and grieved his Holy Spirit. So he turned and became their enemy and he himself fought against them.”

Proverbs 29:1 NIV
“Whoever remains stiff-necked after many rebukes will suddenly be destroyed—without remedy.”

Proverbs 1: 23-33 NIV
“Repent at my rebuke! Then I will pour out my thoughts to you, I will make known to you my teachings. But since you refuse to listen when I call and no one pays attention when I stretch out my hand, since you disregard all my advice and do not accept my rebuke, I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you—when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you. Then they will call to me but I will not answer; they will look for me but will not find me, since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the LORD. Since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes. For the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them; but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.”
