Prepared or Unaware
This is the beginning of a new video series about preparing for “last days” or a significant tribulation event. Yesterday, I finished reading “One Second After” (by William R. Forstchen) about a possible scenario of the aftereffects of an EMP attack on America. This book was helpful for me to consider areas of weakness that need to be strengthened if we were suddenly without electricity, refrigeration, communication, medical care, medicine, transportation, etc.
Certainly, it’s not things that any of us want to think about, but without considering these possibilities, we could be left completely defenseless in the blink of an eye.
The Scriptures foretell much about the last days, tribulation and great tribulation periods (3.5 years each). None of this study is provided to create panic or unnecessary disruption. It is about having wisdom and being positioned by God in the days ahead. It doesn’t hurt for us to study the Scriptures and lean in to hear God’s direction. So, let’s do that!
